At Haiku Designs, we want you to love your home sanctuary; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most furniture and bedding items. Please ensure all items are in original, unassembled condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Pack with Care

  Securely repackage your items in their original factory boxes, including all hardware, instructions, and protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping labels to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
